Frederic Toitot's bio:

Frederic Toitot holds two Master's degrees in Consulting in Management and Economics and Hotel Management (IAE Savoie Mont-Blanc, France). He began his career in international hospitality in rooms division (New York and London) for Le Meridien Hotels.

The beginning of a love story for serving demanding customers from all around the world !

 

Then Frederic joined the Accor group, where he spent 18 exceptional years, navigating across many departments, from Revenue Management & Pricing to Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Over the years, Frederic grew in a complex corporate environment, accumulating a solid experience in strategic project leadership, with excellent results in terms of revenue optimization and team development.

At Accor, he notably managed the global Revenue Management, Sales and Digital specialist functions (from a Talent Management perspective), where he had to set up long-term recruitment, education and career development strategies for the driving forces of the hotel teams on the five continents.

Frederic became Director of Training and Certification Programs in Revenue Management, Pricing and Digital Marketing for Accor worldwide. More than 5,000 Managers (Revenue Managers, Sales Directors, Hotel Managers & Teams.) were successfully trained and certified, from economy to luxury brands, from London to Dubai, via Singapore, Montreal and Sao Paulo.

These highly appreciated programs taught all parties the fundamental and expert techniques to optimize their company revenues, forecast the demand, monitor their pricing & market strategy and boost the visibility of their properties on digital platforms.

Transmission of knowledge is Frederic's leading passion in life.

Training & developing future managers is another great source of inspiration and energy for him. For the past 15 years, Frederic has had the privilege to play a very active role (lectures, full courses, conferences, simulation games, professional projects) for under-graduate and graduate students in some of the most prestigious hospitality & business management schools around the world, such as (among others) Glion Institute of Higher Education, EDHEC Business School, Les Roches Crans-Montana, Hotel Management School Maastricht, LYFE institute, Toulouse Business School, Ecole Ferrandi Paris, IAE Savoie Mont-Blanc, Hotel School of Savignac.
